After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Human Communications from CSU Monterey Bay in 2008 and spending five years in the fast-paced Los Angeles public relations and marketing fields, Mary Beth heeded her father's long-standing advice and became a licensed REALTOR in 2018. She lives in Excelsior with her husband and son, and is actively involved in local Chambers of Commerce and Deephaven Elementary. When not dedicating herself to her clients and community, Mary Beth cherishes time traveling, hiking, camping, and enjoying the lakes with her family.

Amy Labo, the Triple Crown Home Team's "Team Mom," is renowned for her extraordinary organization, keen negotiation skills, calm demeanor, and big heart—qualities that have earned her multiple "Agent of the Year" awards. Originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Amy pursued her education at the University of Minnesota, where she earned a BS in Early Childhood/Special Education with an English minor. After several years in childcare and school systems, Amy's real estate journey began in Tupelo, Mississippi, in 2013, where she built a thriving business over four years. In 2017, she returned to Minnesota, certain that real estate was her calling, and has continued to achieve remarkable success as a licensed agent in the state ever since.
